The corridor SMELLED quite bad. The first room had a soaked carpet and reeked. The toilet ran CONSTANTLY. I changed rooms but received no apology. The receptionist seemed annoyed that we were inconveniencing them.

tasty menu modern design free parking
the breakfast offered a really tasty menu the bread was fresh and warm i enjoyed the modern design of the hotel the chalet was unique. the windows faced the autumn forest it was great to wake up to birds. free parking was available that was handy.
The location was indeed very quiet near nature. Access to parking at the hotel was very useful. I found the reception staff to be friendly and supportive. The included restaurant provided good convenience.

convenient location good care consistent meals
The location proved convenient due to my work near SHAPE. The team demonstrated good care. I enjoyed the meals prepared by the chefs (the seasoning was perfect!).
The room showed needed improvements in cleanliness. The bathroom cleanliness needs to be better. I found hair and spots in the bathroom.
